A Court of Wings and Ruin (ACOWAR) is the final instalment of the A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) series by New York-born author Sarah J. Maas. Sarah has won awards for her work on this series as well as her other ongoing series, Throne of Glass, including #1 New York Times bestselling author, USA Today and international bestselling author. Sarah wrote her first book when she was only sixteen years old and has now published nine novels in total. ACOTAR is a modern retelling of the classic fairytale of 'Beauty and the Beast, although it does also include elements of 'Snow White' towards the end of the series. RWBY Volume 4 Soundtrack Review:

The soundtrack to the latest volume of the internet anime series RWBY has just been released and provides an interesting insight into the characters. Whether you take these songs as gospel (Cough cough, Bumblebee shippers, cough cough) or you just like listening to them for Casey Lee Williams' amazing vocal's and her father's, Jeff, incredible scores I am going to give my take on the songs on this album. I will only be reviewing the first eleven songs on the album as the rest are scores and do not feature any new vocals. Although there are no volume or story spoilers, beware of minor spoilers for the characters ahead. I should also say that although I am attributing the songs to characters this doesn’t necessarily make it the case. Jeff Williams once said in an interview that he writes the songs about people and feelings in his own life and not for the show itself. Let's just live ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_aEUQJXG0s ): This song served as the intro f

Wonder Woman Review:

I'll admit that when I first heard that the latest DC movie, 'Wonder Woman', was coming out, my first thought was similar to many others who have been following films in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). That was that this was going to be another superhero movie whose writers are too afraid to actually deliver on anything that breaks the tradition of good guy fights bad guy in order to save the world from the deadly power of an otherworldly object. I think it's safe to say I was wrong as 'Wonder Woman' delivered an interesting story as well as a plot-twist that even I wasn't expecting. Gal Gadot's role in the movie provided a strong female character and an almost perfect example of what a superhero origin story should be. Obviously, this review is going to be pretty spoiler heavy, so if you haven't seen the movie yet I would highly recommend going to and then come back and finish reading this. Also just so you know there is no after credits scene
